It's finally here-- the last week before Winter Break!
Students (and teachers) all have a touch of Holiday Fever, but stick through it to the end-- we still have several important things to take care of this week!
On Tuesday, students will take their final quiz over Maniac Magee, covering chapters 22-46.
On Wednesday and Thursday we will be MAP testing for ELA in the computer lab. While this "test" is not actual grade, teachers and counselors use the results to evaluate students' progress in their reading skills and abilities throughout their academic years. The computerized test is tailored to each individual student based on the answers given, so there is no way to know exactly what will be asked, and therefore there is no way to study. Students should not worry, simply try their hardest, and take this time very seriously.
